Postage, Delivery & Packing

Items are dispatched by Royal Mail standard delivery.  For orders over £250.00 postage is free, all other orders are charged at a flat rate of £8.00.  Standard delivery can take 5-7 working days, however, we will endeavour to contact you if it is due to be any longer. Please be aware that larger orders may also take longer to be delivered.

All items dispatched will be sent to the address provided and will require a signature.

If you require next day delivery on an item, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.

Overseas orders – We are not currently set up for delivery overseas as standard.  However, if you contact us, we may be able to arrange something for you.

If you receive any damaged items or any items are missing from what is written on the packing note then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods for us to resolve the issue.  Please be aware the items may come in more than one delivery dependent upon the size of the order and stock levels.


We comply with the Sale of Goods act 1994 and as such you are free to return items, if you wish to do so, under the following terms in accordance with your statutory rights.

To arrange a return or cancel and order then please contact us on the number above. You must contact us before returning any goods.


Unwanted goods – If you change your mind about an item you have purchased from us, you are free to return it within 28 days from receiving the item for an exchange so long as the item is in an unused condition with original packaging and labels and, in our opinion, resalable.

If you cancel an order before receiving any items we will happily provide you with a full refund.


Unwanted goods – As we are an internet based company you can return unwanted PPE unlike in a store. Unwanted PPE can only be returned for an exchange if it is unused, has all the original tags/labels attached and sent back to us within two weeks of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned PPE in any other condition, as we have to be able to resell and will have no known history of the item. PPE is any item that is part of a system for protecting a person e.g. Harness, Connectors, Rope and Pulleys etc…

Wrong Description – if you purchase an item from us and you feel it does not do the job that it has been advertised to do, then we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 28 days, if the item is unused and still in the original packaging.

Faulty – If you discover a fault or damage to any of your items then please send them back to us and we will look into the problem, as well as provide you with a refund or exchange.

For refunds we will contact you upon receipt of goods for account details.  If you paid by Credit/Debit card, refunds will be re-credited to the card used for the original payment.

For all returns we recommend that you send the items by recorded delivery with appropriate insurance and in protected packaging to protect against damage. We do not refund the delivery cost for you to return items.
